What we collect and why

Clearline Tech Methods stores your email, product choice, explicit consent and policy version, submission time, and optional allowlisted attribution in a private database. Required information is only email and explicit interest/privacy consent; product is bound to this site.

We use this information only to track product interest and contact you about this product’s availability. We do not sell your information or send your email to third-party marketing services. There are no advertising or tracking scripts, cookies or browser storage. No raw referrer or query is collected.

Hosting and private notifications

The hosting provider necessarily processes connection information. The intake does not log request bodies, email addresses or IPs. Temporary connection-rate counters expire after one minute.

A private operator notification channel may receive a product-only alert, never your email. An accepted signup does not mean an alert has been delivered. Your interest record is not encrypted at the application level. We do not claim independently verified host or backup encryption.

Retention and your choices

Interest records are deleted after 90 days unless you renew consent, or earlier on request. Backups expire after 7 days. When a backup is restored, deletion requests must be reapplied.

Contact friday@clearlinetechmethods.com to request access or deletion. We must verify control of your email before releasing personal information. There is no public personal-data access.
